Kids in 1st - 6th grades are invited to join us for camp at Olivet Nazarene University! Enjoy four days of games, swimming, snacks and fun, all while enjoying high-energy worship, age-appropriate messages and building friendships while staying in the dorms!
Dates: July 9-12
Location: Olivet Nazarene University
Cost: $215 before June 22; $265 after June 22
Ages: Campers must have completed 1st - 6th grades

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Camper Registration Process:
Fill out online registration form (UPDATE 6/25: online registration is now closed. There are a limited number of spaces still available. Please email ccdkidscamp@gmail.com with the name, gender and grade just completed to determine if space is available.)
Determine amount owed to local church for camp registration fee and turn it in to your church’s Camp Coordinator
Before leaving for camp:
Collect all medication in original packaging and place in Ziploc bag labeled with the camper’s name, along with the completed Medication Form
Fill out a Camper Pick Up Authorization Form

Counselor Registration Process:
Fill out online registration form
All counselors must have passed a background check with your church and completed Ministry Safe training within the last two year.

Coordinator Registration Process:
· Make sure each camper and counselor have completed the online registration form
· Collect payment from each camper and mail one check to the Chicago Central District
· Have a pastor complete the online counselor recommendation form
