Developing Leaders.
We aim to provide opportunities for growth and development for everyone, including those serving the church as laypersons, those processing a call to ministry, and those who are ordained. By equipping both lay and pastoral leaders, we empower each person to better serve the church and the world for Christ.
Resourcing Pastors and Churches.
Every local church and pastor is unique. We come alongside each one to support the local church’s mission and provide resources for assessment, growth, networking, development, innovation, and spiritual formation.
Planting Churches.
We are committed to the long-term, sustainable, development of congregational gatherings through works in new areas and the relaunch of existing churches seeking a new path toward missional effectiveness.
