OUR MISSION - To mobilize the church in mission through prayer, education, giving, and interactive experiences.

OBJECTIVES

  To encourage people to pray for all efforts of world evangelization.
  To inform people of the world's needs and what
         the church is doing to meet those needs.
  To challenge children and youth to learn about and
         participate in the mission of the church.
  To raise funds for mission outreach.

STRUCTURE
Each local church elects a local NMI President and council. The District Convention elects a president and council to coordinate district-wide efforts to help local church meet the above four objectives. Also, the District NMI organizes and promotes adult and children's Work and Witness trips to help churches in other parts of the country or of the world, and partners with the District Youth organization, the NYI, in organizing and promoting a youth Work and Witness trip. The NMI partners with the District Superintendent in organizing and funding a District Pastors' Work and Witness trip every four years.
