Dear CCD Pastor,

Greetings!  I am reminding you of two very important days in the life of the CCD family. 

This year we have consolidated the schedule for our Pastor's Information Day to just one meeting. This important meeting is scheduled for April 17th (Saturday) at 10:00AM here at Kankakee First Church.

 The purpose of this meeting is to help distribute the annual pastor's report packets and address any questions or new information relating to the on-line filing of the pastor's reports.  It is critically important for you to be present in order to receive these materials and the accompanying instructions so that you can accurately fill out your reports in a timely fashion.  For those unable to attend, the packets will be mailed on Monday, April 19, 2004.

This year we are inviting those who will require assistance to come to the campus of ONU on Monday, May 10, 2004 at 9:00AM.  The district will have several persons with access to computer terminals to assist in the on-line filing of the pastor's reports only on Monday.  An evening fellowship meal will be planned for those desiring to stay and enjoy this time together.

 Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 9:00AM is set aside for all those who will require no assistance in filing their on-line report, or for those who have completed filing their on-line report and simply need to submit the hard copy of their report.  The District Superintendent will be sharing with us in the morning, and there  will be a fellowship luncheon at noon for all who would like to stay and enjoy the fellowship of just being together.  Following the tradition of the past, a round of golf is an option for those who would like to be a part of this kind of activity.

 As your district secretary these are obviously very important days.  I am relying upon your presence and participation to gather together the reports in the a timely fashion.  However, as you can tell by the structure, these days are also driven by a desire to encourage our pastor's getting together and simply enjoying one another's presence.  Please plan to be a part of these special days.
